De bezorger was op tijd en beleefd , betreffende het eten zeebaars in chilisaus te heet , ben als indo wat gewend dit was te , proefde de zeebaars niet wel jammer voor die prijs , 35 euro . Geen tweede keer .

The restaurant took way too long to prepare the order. It was about 1 hour and a half before the delivery started.

De bezorging is nooit aangekomen , heb gezien dat mijn bestelling op straat is doorverkocht , oplichtingen nooit meer

Fish with sauerkraut and mapo tofu were excellent. The fried rice was absolutely terrible, wouldn’t order that again

the customer service of Thuisbezorgd is below any expectation. I feel that as long as you made the order, then you will never get any instant or timely support from Thuisbezorgd if the order goes wrong. SOOOOOOOO bad!!!

The estimated order delivery time was increasing every time I checked the Food tracker on the app. The restaurant recommended me to cancel the order, but then they decided to deliver it. Poor customer service for both restaurant and thuisbezord.
