Order was NEVER delivered to my front door, the courier answered in the chat he left it somewhere in the “interference” and closed the chat. I could not reach him and I never received or found the order. Thuisbezorgd is also not of any help, I spend €100!

It was horrible. I never got my food nor my money back. Courier claims the door bell doesn’t work but it is working just fine. Nobody called me and the food is not left at doorstep as thuisbezorged claimed to be. Customer service was worse than useless.
